Since you already have an primary router, you can set the WRT54GC to act not as a router but as a wireless switch. Here are the steps to set up the WRT54GC: 1. Press the reset button on the WRT54GC for 10 seconds, release then unplug the power adapter. 2. Connect a pc to any numbered port at the back of the WRT54GC. 3. Plug the power back on the WRT54GC. 4. Disable any firewall programs temporarily. 5. Access the setup page of the WRT54GC by typing 192.168.1.1 on your browser. username:leave blank / password:admin 6.
